Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (drums and flats) (defrosted if frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Belgioioso Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Alpenrose butter
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Place the wings into a bowl and add garlic, salt, spices, and olive oil. Toss to completely coat the wings.

For Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer at 400° F degrees for 2 minutes. Add the wings in a single layer to the air fryer (they should NOT be touching), and cook for 10 minutes at 400° F degrees.
  2. After the timer goes off, open and carefully flip over the chicken wings. Close the air fryer and cook at 400° F for 8 minutes.
  3. Place the cooked wings in a bowl, pour over the melted butter and add the grated parmesan. Toss to coat each piece with Parmesan and butter. Serve immediately.

For Oven Baking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the wings into a bowl and add garlic, salt, spices, and olive oil. Toss to completely coat the wings.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil. Transfer chicken wings to parchment and bake for 30 minutes on one side.
  3. After 30 minutes, flip over to the other side and bake for another 15 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
  4. Place the cooked wings in a bowl, pour over the melted butter and add the grated parmesan. Toss to coat each piece with Parmesan and butter. Serve immediately.
