Penny’s Hatch Pepper Salsa is made fresh in small batches in Washington state using a bold mix of tomatoes, yellow onions, Hatch peppers, spices, and fresh cilantro. The Hatch pepper is a green chile grown only in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico and is harvested once a year in August. This salsa has a medium heat level – not too mild or hot, but juuust right. Spoon atop huevos rancheros, add to grain bowls for an extra kick, or enjoy as is with your favorite tortilla chips.
