This cream is amazing! If you make your own whipped cream like I do, Alpenrose is like no cream I’ve ever used before (and I was a barista for over 10 years, so I’ve made a lot of scratch whipped cream in my life). It has a much higher milkfat content (which is a good thing) so it literally whips up in 2 seconds and it tastes so rich and velvety. It would also be ideal for making your own butter or ice cream, I’m excited to try those. In the meantime, the whipped cream on top of pound cake and strawberries is pretty divine!
