The ham has been stored frozen on site and has a 60-day shelf life when stored in the refrigerator. For the best flavor, Carlton Farms recommends serving ham at room temperature.*
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Remove clear plastic wrap.
Place ham in shallow pan, flat side down, on center rack of oven.
Loosely cover with aluminum foil.
Cover bottom of pan with water.
Bake the ham approximately 7 minutes per pound until ham is slightly warm.
*Remove from refrigerator approximately 1 hour prior to serving.
