These uniquely "Portland-style" bagels are studded with raisins and ribbons of cinnamon. They are also quite hard to resist! Using Shepherd's Grain flour and leavened with sourdough, Spielman Bagels also kettle boils their bagels, which gives it a crisp outer shell and a deliciously chewy center. We recommend toasting it, topping with a cream cheese spread, and pairing it with a hot cup of coffee on the side. Breakfast served!
