Sustainably sourced by 70-year-old family-owned Canaan Estate, this whole bean blend combines green coffee from Stephany’s own plot at the La Morena Project in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, as well as coffee from her childhood friends plot in Finca El Injerto and family-owned farms in the Cerrado de Minas region of Brazil. Each batch is roasted to achieve a balanced and smooth flavor with notes of toasted caramel, toffee, and just a hint of citrus by our friends at Nossa Familia Coffee.
